DroneWeb ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you visit our website or use our FPV drone services in Belgium.

5. Data Storage

Contact enquiries are sent through our Hostinger web hosting to info@droneweb.be. A copy is forwarded to our business contact mailbox at Gmail (Google). We retain contact form data for up to 2 years unless you request deletion. The website does not store enquiry text in a separate database. To prevent automated abuse, it keeps hashed IP identifiers and request timestamps for a rolling 24-hour period. Standard hosting access logs are handled by Hostinger.

6. Cookies

The contact form uses a secure session cookie to protect submission requests. This version of the website does not load Google Analytics. The portfolio film is played directly from our Hostinger web hosting only after you press Play. If you choose the separate Watch on YouTube link, YouTube may process your connection and playback data under its own privacy policy.
